Dammi Design has collected in this section the most frequently asked questions from customers. - How long does it take to deliver the products?

Dammi Design commits to produce and ship orders within 2-3 working weeks.
The delivery time may vary depending on the quantity of ordered products, or if there are custom-made items.
An estimated delivery time will be provided at the time of order confirmation, taking into account the production time of each ordered product.
Once all products are ready, logistics arranges the shipment with a courier or delivery with our assemblers.

- How does the shipping service work?

Dammi Design ships its products via courier throughout Italy, including islands, and shipping is free of charge with no additional costs for the customer.
Regarding overseas shipping, however, there is an additional cost which is calculated based on the destination and the volume of the chosen product and can be consulted directly from our website when adding a product to the cart and selecting the destination.
The Dammi Design staff will arrange the shipment and delivery of the goods to the address provided by the customer. The standard shipping service involves ground floor delivery of the goods.

- How does the delivery and assembly service work?

For logistical reasons, some Dammi Design products are shipped unassembled (e.g., tables). In these cases, the customer can choose to use the "delivery and assembly" service, at an additional cost to be agreed upon with Dammi Design: by relying on an assembly team, Dammi Design delivers its design pieces to the floor and proceeds with assembly inside the customer's home, taking care of disposing of the packaging.

If the use of an external lift is deemed necessary, the rental cost of the lift is borne by the customer.

- If the delivery and assembly service is not used, how to assemble the unassembled furniture?

If the customer cannot use the delivery and assembly service, don't worry: all the necessary equipment to assemble the unassembled furniture is included in the packaging.

- Are the products original?

All Dammi Design furnishings are handmade and strictly Made in Italy. They have a proven quality that comes from the skill and attention to detail of our artisans.
For us, quality means: taking good care of the work, choosing excellent materials, seeking maximum comfort and safety, researching and developing innovative projects, and providing the customer with a product guaranteed over time.

- Is there a warranty on the products?

All Dammi Design products come with a 2-year warranty, both on the material and on the workmanship.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by improper use of the product.

- Can the goods be returned?

Goods can be returned if they have defects at the time of delivery. Free return is not accepted when the chosen product is disliked or the measurements are incorrect (wrong purchase). Dammi Design staff checks the quality of the products before each shipment, ensuring that there are no defects or damaged parts.
If the goods are returned because they are disliked or due to incorrect measurements, 20% of the sold price will be retained.
Additionally, return fees will be charged. Before the refund, Dammi Design reserves the right to verify the condition of the returned goods.

- What happens if a product arrives damaged?

In case of damages caused during transport, we kindly ask our customers to note all damages they find and send us an email to info@ibfor.com with the subject "transport damage" and attaching relevant photos as soon as possible. Dammi Design will replace the damaged product free of charge or refund the customer the paid amount.
To protect their interests, upon receiving their order, the customer must strictly sign the receipt to the courier WITH RESERVATION, always adding the reason for the reservation: this means reserving the right to check the condition of the goods once the courier has left.
To simplify the replacement procedure, please do not refuse the package, even if damaged.
Attention: if the damage is not reported in the presence of the courier or the receipt is not signed with reservation, it will not be possible for Dammi Design staff to solve the problem.

- Sometimes delivery times are long: why?

The standard production time for all our items is approximately 2-3 weeks.
For some Dammi Design products, production and shipping times may be longer, especially for products made entirely to measure.
However, we do everything possible to meet the announced delivery times at the time of order confirmation.
