Right of withdrawal
Can I return the purchased products?
Yes. All products purchased through dammidesign.it can be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery receipt of goods.
How can the purchased items be returned?
To return what you have purchased, you must follow the instructions expressed in the Right to Withdrawal, fill in the RETURN FORM and send it to dammidesign.it. Shipping costs for returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer who decides to return what was purchased.
How should the products to be returned be packed?
The products must be packed using the same boxes in which they were shipped. In the case of damage or tears to the boxes such that they could compromise an intact and correct packaging of the products, it is possible to use boxes owned by the buyer, following all the necessary precautions to a correct packaging of the same.
How is the Right of Withdrawal governed?
The management of the Right of Withdrawal is clearly and fully expressed in the Right of withdrawal section Withdrawal.
Contracts of sales via the Internet are subject to the legal framework that regulates sales for correspondence and/or by telephone (Legislative Decree 206/2005 of the consumer code).
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal through the relative wizard available on site "withdrawal form".
Therefore, if the customer is not satisfied with the purchase, he has the right to a refund of the commodity itself. The aforementioned refund refers exclusively to the price of the product. Expenses accessory shipping related to the return to the sender are charged to the customer. Just in case which the goods are originally flawed, the shipping costs will be borne by the company seller.
NB:
Regarding made-to-measure tables, armchairs, sofas and all customized items upon request of the customer, cannot be returned for free if they do not like them or for incorrect measurements, they will be retained 20% on the value of the price sold + return collection costs. Furthermore DAMMIDESIGN reserves the possibility to check the collected goods before issuing a refund.
If the product has already been delivered, the customer is required to return it to Dammidesign.
To this end:
- the deadline for returning the product is 14 days from receipt of the same; make full proof the date shown on the delivery document. For the purposes of the expiry of the term, the product means returned when delivered.
- if the product has been delivered, the substantial integrity of the product to be returned is essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. the customer will have to ship the product properly packaged and packaged; Dammidesign does not accept returns that are damaged, but kept in normal condition state of conservation, kept with the use of normal diligence. They will not be replaced either reimbursed products damaged by detergents / additives, or products damaged by the customer due to inexperience. The customer must insert a copy of the delivery document inside the packing box received. The risks of transport for the return of the products are fully borne by the customer.
- The costs of returning the goods to Dammidesign are charged to the customer, if the customer exercises the right of withdrawal in accordance with the provisions of these conditions of sale, Dammidesign will reimburse the sums paid by the customer through the bank details communicated by the customer same. The refund will be made within thirty days from the date on which Dammidesign arrived knowledge of the exercise of the right of withdrawal by the customer
