Warranty
All products sold by Dammi Design are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. To use the assistance in guarantee, the Customer must keep the invoice-receipt (or DDT) he will receive. The exercise of the guarantee can provide for the request for assistance to the Authorized Assistance Centers present in the area and/or follow the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.
The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the product packaging. If, following an intervention by a Service Centre Authorised, the defect should not be covered by the manufacturer's conventional guarantee, to the Customer any verification and recovery costs required by the Authorized Assistance will be charged, as well as i transportation costs, if borne by Gimme Design.
Privacy
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, called the "Privacy Code", the data you provide will be subject of automated processing, as defined by art. 4 co.1st lett. a) of the aforementioned decree, for the following purposes: Request for information, Consulting, Request for a Quote or other commercial services such as, by way of example, the sending of advertising emails, telephone contact for marketing campaigns and others like that.
The treatment will take place in compliance with the security measures required by the law on privacy. In any moment you will be able to exercise the rights referred to in art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03; in particular you have the right to update, rectify, integrate, cancel and transform the data being processed. The provision of data is optional and therefore in case of refusal there will be no consequences, save the impossibility of requesting information, advice, quotes and more on the products marketed by Dammi Design S.r.l.

Applicable law
The sales contract between the Customer and Dammi Design srl is understood to be concluded in Italy and regulated by law Italian. For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract distance selling, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference forum of your municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Modena.
