HOW THE CONCEPT PACKAGE WORKS:

This involves the design of a room (excluding the kitchen, for
which we have the appropriate package).

Upon your order confirmation we will send you an email with the request
of the necessary information: a plan, measurements, any
indications of products you like, or the style you would like,
or a spending limit that you don't want to exceed.

In about a week we will send you our proposal with one
plan view and indications of the products we recommend
use, with photos and prices (here is an example of a
project, as well as the document you will receive).

You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier and you designated, acquires physical possession of the last asset.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
