The CURVA MIDOLLINO chair by DAMMI DESIGN is inspired by the design of German architect and designer Ludvig Miies Van Der Rohe. It consists of a tubular chrome-plated steel sled frame. Both the seat and the back are woven in wicker (or Vienna straw) offering good back support and a comfortable seat. The natural material guarantees breathability and comfort. The particular comfort of this chair is due to the permanent elastic effect, which Mies van der Rohe achieved with the large arched curvature of the front part of the hardened tubular steel frame, while most of the creations of the 1920s were sober and functional, in this model we recognize the architect's stylistic signature: here functionality and comfort are combined with a timeless aesthetic. There CURVA MIDOLLINO chair by DAMMI DESIGN is inspired by the project of the German architect and designer Ludvig Miies Van Der Rohe. It is composed of a chromed tubular steel sled frame, while the seat and back are a monobloc in hand-woven, high-quality wicker.
